Return to Your Account

BetwayappLogging in to - has been kept simple because most members bet from their mobile phones. There are three ways to sign in — mobile number and password, email or username and password, or OTP-based login where no password is needed at all.

Many users prefer OTP login because there's no password to remember. Just enter your registered mobile number, and a six-digit OTP will be sent to you — enter it and you're straight into your account. Keep in mind that the OTP is only ever sent to your phone — never share it with anyone who calls asking for it, Betwayapp- staff will never ask for it.

Only use the 'Remember Me' option on your personal device. Do not enable this on shared or public devices. Betwayapp-'s session security automatically logs you out after a period of inactivity — this is to keep your account safe.

Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) significantly strengthens your account security. Even if someone gets hold of your password, they still can't access your account without the OTP sent to your phone. You can turn this on under the Security section in your Account Settings.

Logging in on the mobile app is even easier — once you sign in, the biometric option becomes available. Next time, just use your fingerprint or Face ID for instant access. A real time-saver for daily bettors.

Once you log in, the first thing you'll see on your dashboard is the Live Betting section, active promotions, and personalized betting recommendations. Betwayapp-'s algorithm analyzes your betting preferences to surface the most relevant matches and odds — if you follow cricket, cricket matches appear first; football fans see football first.

Once you're logged in, a few regular habits go a long way toward keeping your account secure. Change your password every three to six months. If you receive a login alert from an unfamiliar device, end that session immediately and update your password. Betwayapp's security team automatically secures your account and sends an email alert whenever suspicious login activity is detected.
